1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the NexitapBounce platform, establishing an account, or using our telecommunications services (internet, mobile, enterprise networking), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Service Usage Rules

Our network must be used lawfully and ethically. You agree NOT to use the network to:

  • Distribute malware, viruses, or participate in botnets.
  • Launch Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks.
  • Host illicit, illegal, or copyrighted content without authorization.
  • Send unsolicited bulk communications (Spam).

3. Network Limitations and Fair Use

While NexitapBounce advertises "unlimited" data for residential plans, extreme abuse that degrades network performance for other users may result in temporary traffic deprioritization. Enterprise connections are subject to their specific Service Level Agreement (SLA) which overrides this consumer fair-use policy.

4. Billing Terms

Services are billed on a monthly, recurring basis unless a custom enterprise contract dictates otherwise. Payment is due on the date specified on your invoice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' written notice.

5. Cancellation Policy

Residential users may cancel month-to-month service at any time without penalty. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Any leased equipment (such as routers or modems) must be returned within 14 days of cancellation to avoid hardware replacement charges.

6. Liability Disclaimers

NexitapBounce provides the services "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the service will be entirely uninterrupted or error-free, except as explicitly stated in an applicable Enterprise SLA. NexitapBounce shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including data loss or business interruption.
